Moved every five or six days and carefully positioned in secluded sports as close as possible to resident game, Chobe Under Canvas offers a thoroughly authentic Botswana safari experience with sacrificing comfort.

Just five comfortable safari tents, each with en suite bathrooms and steaming hot bucket showers, are clustered around communal areas, such as a dining tent and campfire. Beds, looking out to the wilderness, are large with crisp linens and hard to leave after being awoken by the rising sun and birdsong.

Set in one of the top wilderness areas of world, morning and afternoon game drives explore the game rich landscape of Chobe National Park. Expert guides will ask you about your favourite wildlife and will do their best to ensure that your preferences are met, whether it is tracking a particular species or spending more time enjoying each sighting and getting to know the habits of the animals.

There’s also the opportunity to head out onto the Chobe River aboard a specially adapted boat to photograph the iconic elephant herds. Every seat on the boat is fitted with a top-of-the-range camera that is fitted to a customised mount, so you needn’t bring your own equipment.
