Palm fringed beaches, coral gardens, deserted islands, active volcanoes, plus a mixture of colourful cultures and wildlife – Indonesia is a truly mesmerising destination for a family adventure. With private transfers, great local guides and lots of outdoor and hands-on activities, travelling as a family to Indonesia couldn’t be easier.

Our Indonesia travel designers will help create an itinerary that fits your preferences and interests as a family. Your trip can be as jam packed or as relaxed as you like, so whether you want to climb volcanoes, go white water rafting or relax on white sandy beaches, we’ve got you covered.

Indonesia is also a great destination for wildlife. You and your family can swim with sea turtles while snorkelling among Lombok’s incredible marine life, meet monkeys in the tropical rainforest, and get up close to the impressive Komodo Dragon. There is also a wealth of culture to discover, from the ancient temple complex of Borobudur to life in traditional villages.

Indonesia is a wonderfully varied destination which works exceptionally well for families. You can hike to volcanoes in Java, cycle through Bali’s rice terraces, discover traditional local life on Sumba and search for real-life dragons in the Komodo Islands.
