Running along the 4,352km of track between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific – the longest stretch of straight railway track in the world – is the Indian Pacific train. The track runs between Perth in the west to Sydney in the east but there is also the option to shorten the journey and either start or finish in Adelaide.
Settle into your private cabin with en suite bathroom, and enjoy the incredible scenery pass by through your window. In both the gold and platinum cabins, beds convert into a lounge area during the day.
Meals are served in the classically styled Queen Adelaide Restaurant Car where the chefs create beautifully presented dishes using fresh, local produce. There is a selection of wine and beer to enjoy as well, also included in your fare. Platinum guests can enjoy use of the Platinum Club.
