El Questro Homestead

Uncompromised luxury amidst a near one million acres of wilderness
Perched atop a cliff over the magnificent Chamberlain Gorge with panoramic views over Western Australia’s rugged Kimberley landscape, El Questro Homestead is a relaxed retreat in one of the country’s last true frontiers.
Over 100km from the nearest town, this is wilderness luxury at its best. The homestead caters a maximum of 18 guests in luxurious comfort that starkly contrasts with its rugged surroundings of salt plains, thermal springs and rust-coloured cliffs. Each of the six rooms ensure the utmost privacy, are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and have spacious ensuite bathrooms.
The gourmet dining is as much of an attraction as the remote and rugged landscape. The local chef prepares each meal using the highest quality ingredients, many of which are provided by the neighbouring Ord River Valley where tropical and organic produce are grown. Guests are invited to dine on the homestead’s decks or at private cliff top spot – each offering spectacular starlight views.
Dedicated to offering its guests a true outback experience, the homestead provides numerous opportunities to discover this area, many of which has never been explored. Choose from bird watching tours, guided hikes with enthusiastic rangers, cruising the Chamberlain Gorge or enjoying the exclusive use of the Zebedee Springs every afternoon.
