Ett Hem

Luxurious townhouse hotel
Built in 1910, this beautiful townhouse has been transformed into a luxurious hotel, full of personality and Scandinavian design elements. It has been lovingly crafted into a home away from home where guests are seen as family.
The 12 rooms and suites combine beauty and functionality and feature a carefully curated collection of furniture and Scandinavian antiques. The rooms are comfortable and light in summer, and cast iron stoves turn them into cosy havens in the colder months.
Enjoy breakfast or an evening glass of wine in the lush courtyard garden, and allow the chef’s team to surprise you with a meal created using fresh, locally-sourced produce. You can dine in the kitchen, in the library, or in the Greenhouse. In keeping with the family home feel of the hotel, you’re also welcome to help yourself to snacks and drinks from the kitchen as you like.

Places to combine Ett Hem with

Swedish Lapland
Arctic Retreat is a little gem hidden deep in the forests of Swedish Lapland, on the banks of the Råne River.
There are three log cabins, one of which is a family cabin sleeping up to four people. Each features a bathroom, fireplace and private outdoor Jacuzzi. Large panoramic windows allow you to enjoy your surroundings – the pale haze of an early morning and the sprinkling of stars on a clear night is truly magical. There is also a wood-fired sauna in a separate building.
The lodge is ownded by a local family who moved from the city of Luleå to the countryside in order to create this idyllic hideaway. Hosts will be on hand during your stay should you need anything. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included and food will be high-end local cuisine prepared according to the season.
There is so much to do during a stay at Arctic Retreat from snowmobile safaris and husky rides to Nordic skiing and wilderness skills tours.
