        Cooking classes at Borgo Pignano focus on farm-to-table philosophy using traditional Tuscan methods in an authentic kitchen setting. Make bread, focaccia and fresh pasta, and discover the secrets of different flours, perfect dough and time-honoured Tuscan culinary traditions.
