    Built in 1923, Mayaland Hotel occupies a privileged location overlooking the Chichen Itza Ruins, a world-famous archaeological site over a thousand-years old.

    Choose to stay either in the traditional Mayan bungalows, featuring hand-carved mahogany woodwork and surrounded by tropical gardens, or in the main house in a comfortable and spacious room, with a private balcony. As an added bonus, this hotel has next to no light pollution, meaning at night you can view Chichen Itza under a sky saturated with stars.

    Mayaland has been thoroughly updated for the modern traveler, and now features all the amenities you would expect, including a swimming pool, four restaurants and a several bars. With a private entrance to the ruins, the hotel naturally offers a variety of guided tours around the ancient Mayan structures, as well as five kilometres of trails throughout the private gardens.
