Client Experience Manager for Latin America

Growing up in a small town in the Argentine Pampas ignited my passion for exploration and discovery, leading me to travel extensively across the Latin America continent and beyond.

Travel has been my greatest teacher, broadening my perspectives and immersing me in diverse cultures and culinary experiences. I’ve explored much of Latin America and other parts of the world, with Patagonia holding a special place in my heart. The breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia, full of dramatic mountains, glaciers and serene lakes, offer a truly awe-inspiring natural beauty that is unmatched.

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I’ve relished a variety of Latin American cuisines, with Peruvian ceviche currently reigning as my top favourite—though who knows what delightful flavours might come next!

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Sacred Valley, each dish is a work of art, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of the region. The tasting menu not only delights the palate but also tells a story of the local land and its traditions, making it an unforgettable experience.
