Africa Concierge

I first fell in love with travel during my childhood, taking road trips with my family to our rural home in Meru, Kenya. I was captivated by the breathtaking landscapes and lush greenery along the way. Those journeys sparked a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world around me.

As a travel concierge, I’m deeply passionate about curating unique experiences for my clients. I love helping them discover hidden gems, exciting activities, and unforgettable dining spots. Each client is unique, and my goal is to create magical moments that leave them feeling truly “wowed.”

For me, travel is about more than just visiting new places, it’s about connecting with people, immersing yourself in cultures and creating lasting memories. Helping others experience the joy and wonder of travel inspires me every single day.

My most memorable trip

Laikipia

A trip to Laikipia remains one of my most unforgettable adventures. The region’s stunning landscapes, from sprawling savannahs to rugged hills, felt like stepping into a dream. Horseback riding through the wilderness was a true highlight, offering an up-close connection with nature and its incredible wildlife. What made the experience even more special were the warm, welcoming people and the rich cultures of the Samburu and Maasai communities, adding depth and authenticity to the journey. Laikipia’s beauty and vibrant culture make it a destination that leaves a lasting impression.

On my bucket list

Gorilla Trekking

I would love to go gorilla trekking in Rwanda. The opportunity to hike through lush rainforests and observe these majestic creatures in their natural habitat is truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The country’s commitment to conservation and its stunning landscapes make it a must visit destination for anyone passionate about wildlife and nature.

The best destination for families

Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara is an excellent destination for families. It offers a unique blend of adventure, wildlife, and culture that’s perfect for all ages. Families can enjoy thrilling game drives together, witnessing the incredible wildlife up close, including the Big Five. Many lodges in the Mara offer family-friendly accommodation and activities, such as guided nature walks and cultural experiences with the Maasai people. The immersive environment combined with the chance to connect with nature makes the Maasai Mara an unforgettable experience for families looking to bond over shared adventures.

My favourite camp

Angama Mara

Angama Mara, perched on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, offers breathtaking views of the Maasai Mara that make every moment feel magical. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and luxurious yet authentic design create an unparalleled experience. Waking up to sunrise over the Mara and enjoying a sundowner with those sweeping vistas are memories that stay with you forever.
