Originally from regional Australia and now living in London, I have the pleasure of sharing Africa with the world after falling hopelessly in love with it myself. I’ve had the privilege of travelling to all seven continents, yet Africa is the place that truly transformed me. What began as simple curiosity grew into a life-shaping passion.
I’ve travelled overland through national parks, remote villages and breathtaking landscapes. Along the way, my love for food, wine and adventure has deepened the connection: sipping bold South African reds at sunset, tasting homegrown dishes prepared over open fires and sharing meals that turned into hours-long conversations. Africa didn’t just capture my interest; it captured my heart. Whether standing atop otherworldly dunes, feeling the spray of mighty waterfalls, or wandering through vibrant city streets and sun-soaked coastlines, every journey has expanded my understanding of people and place.
I’ve shared laughter with local guides, embraced powerful histories and soaked in the colours, rhythms and stories that make each region unique. I’ve also found immense joy in the quieter moments, like cooking over a campfire and listening to stories passed down through generations. These small, heartfelt encounters are the ones I treasure most, and they’re what I love weaving into the journeys I design.

My most memorable trip
Uganda
My most memorable trip was my gorilla trek in Uganda. The moment that stayed with me wasn’t just seeing the gorillas - it was when our group finally found a family lounging in a sunlit clearing. One of the younger juveniles became curious and started mimicking everything we did. When I slowly crouched down to take a photo, he did the exact same thing, peeking at us from behind a branch as if he were the one on safari. Watching their interactions and realizing how familiar and expressive they are was incredibly moving. It was one of those rare travel moments that makes you stop and take everything in.
On my bucket list
The Seychelles
The Seychelles is still firmly on my bucket list. I’m drawn to its untouched beaches and the promise of calm, clear water perfect for snorkeling, paddleboarding, and slowing down completely. With so many islands to hop between, it feels like the ideal place to switch off - either as its own adventure or as the perfect ending to a safari.

My favourite trip
Safari, Wine and Waterfalls
This journey sweeps you from the sun-kissed shores of Cape Town to the tranquil vineyards of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, then deep into the wild heart of the Okavango Delta, before ending in the misty roar of Victoria Falls. I love this trip because it feels like Southern Africa’s greatest hits - vibrant city rhythms, world-class wine and warm hospitality, close-up moments with iconic wildlife, and the raw power of one of the planet’s most breathtaking wonders. It’s the perfect blend for a first-time adventure in Africa: a beautifully balanced itinerary that captures the spirit, flavor, and unforgettable magic of this remarkable region.

My favourite hotel
Kisawa Sanctuary
My favourite hotel we sell is Kisawa Sanctuary on Benguerra Island in Mozambique. I love how it blends total luxury with the natural beauty of the island - the villas feel incredibly private, and the service is warm and intuitive without ever being intrusive. The calm beaches, personalised experiences, and beautiful design make it feel like a true sanctuary and one of the most memorable places to unwind.
