I have always loved travelling and was fortunate to have been taken on some pretty epic family holidays growing up which inspired me to get out and see more of the world. The first chance I got, I moved to Australia where I spent a year working in a school, using every school holiday to travel that side of the world. After a ski season in Europe, I felt I still hadn’t got the travel bug out of my system so I returned for another year and also six months in New Zealand. I found myself back in the Northern Hemisphere, living the winters in the Swiss Alps and spending the summers travelling to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Now living back in the UK I am forever planning my next adventure.

My most memorable trip
Fiji
My most memorable trip was when I island hopped around Fiji. I spent weeks visiting some of the most pristine beaches I have ever seen, staying with local families and eating some amazing food.
Best destination for families
Thailand
I think the best place for families has to be Thailand. I think it is a great learning experience for children, immersing them into different cultures and lifestyles. There are so many great activities you can do as a family such as tuk tuk street food tours and walking with elephants. Its an amazing place to make family memories.

My favourite trip
Sydney, Uluru and the Great Barrier Reef
My favourite trip is Sydney, Uluru and Great Barrier Reef. I am slightly biased but it includes one of the best cities in the world, amazing dining experiences under the stars with Uluru as a back drop and pristine beaches and the chance to spot marine wildlife unlike you’ve ever seen before.

My favourite hotel
Shinta Mani Wild
My favourite hotel has to be Shinta Mani Wild in Cambodia. Any hotel you can arrive via zip wire is a yes from me!
