Asia Pacific Concierge

I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, which gave me the perfect base to explore Asia and its rich cultural diversity. Growing up in this region, I was fortunate to have easy access to neighbouring countries, fueling my passion for travel from a young age. Later, I pursued studies in tourism and hospitality at universities in Australia and the UK, which not only expanded my global perspective but also deepened my understanding of the industry. Through my travels, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing different cultures, landscapes, and cuisines, and it’s this love for adventure that drives me in my work today.

The Best Destination for Families

Bali, Indonesia

Bali is a fantastic destination for families. Its family-friendly resorts offer a range of activities, from kids' clubs and water parks to cultural experiences that are engaging for all ages. The island's beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere make it easy for families to unwind together, while local attractions like Ubud's monkey forest and traditional markets provide fun and educational experiences for children and adults alike.

On my bucket list

China

China is at the top of my bucket list. The mix of ancient history and modern cities sounds incredible, and I’m excited about trying all the different regional cuisines—especially the spicy Sichuan dishes and fresh dim sum from Cantonese regions. Each part of China seems like it has its own unique story and flavour, and I'd love to experience it!

My favourite trip

A Culinary Adventure through Vietnam and Thailand

Jacada's Culinary Adventure Through Vietnam and Thailand is my favourite trip because it perfectly blends my love for food with amazing travel experiences. As a big foodie, I loved diving into the bustling street food scenes in Hanoi and Bangkok, tasting incredible regional dishes, and joining local cooking classes. Every meal was a new adventure, and the trip let me truly immerse myself in the vibrant flavours and culture of these incredible places.

My favourite hotel

Capella Hanoi

Capella Hanoi is one of my favourite hotels because it feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The beautiful Art Deco design adds a touch of elegance, and the service is always warm and personal. I love how it's tucked away in the heart of Hanoi. The little details, like the thoughtful decor and personalised touches, really elevate the experience. It’s the kind of place that feels both like a home and a sanctuary.
