My most memorable trip
Indonesia
One of my most memorable trips was when I went to Indonesia with my mum back in 2011. Having spent a whole year living in Australia and exploring the wonders of New Zealand, this trip marked a special reunion for us. The experience was truly incredible as it was the first time my mother and I spent such an extended period apart, and the adventure we shared made it all the more extraordinary.
On my bucket list
Japan
I would love to visit Japan. It is at the top of my bucket list and I will make sure it happens soon! I would love to experience the incredible culture, taste all of the delicious food, make sushi with a sushi master, see the beautiful Mount Fuji and cruise over Lake Ashi, go shopping in Tokyo - my list is endless!

My favourite trip
Thailand and Vietnam Culinary Adventure
I absolutely love all the foodie adventures we have to offer. My love for food knows no bounds – whether it's relishing mouthwatering dishes, honing my cooking skills, or exploring vibrant markets. South East Asia, in particular, holds a treasure trove of unforgettable experiences where food takes center stage.
My favourite hotel
Shinta Mani Wild
It is impossible to pick just a single hotel, however I would love to stay at Shinta Mani Wild in Cambodia for the incredible jungle surroundings, endless exciting activities, beautiful spa and luxury tent style accommodation.
