Jacada from the beginning was responsive and really listened to details of the adventure we were hoping for, and did experience! My husband and I embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime kind of trip to Iceland and Norway, curated by Meg and Sabina. We felt supported the whole trip, with real time updates and adjustments if needed. We received 5 star service from all the knowledgeable, professional, and happy tour guides! Excellent hotel choices, excellent food/restaurants, and unique activities (large part, which were private or small groups). I cannot wait to book with them again!

This is our second trip that we planned through Jacada and again we were very satisfied with the service we received. David and Cathy planned a wonderful itinerary for us. There were a couple of minor hiccups but they were immediately resoived and we thoroughly enjoyed our amazing time in Thailand. All of the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Jacada again for trips in the future.
I was very impressed with how personalized my travel adventure was. Shortly after arrival, I learned that my guides had been informed of my interests and preferences which were discussed with Em, my travel planner at Jacada, during our initial planning sessions. This led to the addition of an extra museum visit in Bogota. It also allowed me to stop at some cafes I had inquired about. When my hot air balloon flight encountered a weather delay in starting, I was pleasantly surprised at my return to the hacienda that the staff was well aware of this and kept the kitchen open so I could have a fresh hot breakfast. Communication among the local team members was outstanding! Throughout the trip I was introduced to and had wonderful conversations with local people who I found to be very warm and welcoming. The trip well exceeded my expectations. I expect to engage with Jacada on more adventures in the future.
We’ve just returned from two and a half dreamlike weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia, brilliantly curated for us by Ellie and Jessica at Jacada. Every aspect of our trip exceeded our expectations. We had never worked with a travel concierge and weren’t sure what to expect, we just knew we wanted an introduction to Asia and that we’d need help navigating a new continent where the language barriers would likely be challenging. A Google search led us to Jacada and from our very first call with Ellie, we were confident this would be the trip of a lifetime.
Jacada’s website promises “authentic, responsible travel planned by experts,” and that is precisely what Ellie and Jessica delivered. Our conversations with Ellie early on helped tremendously in narrowing our visit down to these two extraordinary countries and it was clear that she really listened to us and understood our interests. The itinerary she and Jessica crafted for us hit every travel wish we had, and many we didn’t know we had! They expertly handled our visas, arranged all of our regional flights and other travel, and guided us through every step.
Each hotel had its own charm and beauty (all with superb amenities, impossible to pick a favorite!) and the lovely people staffing the hotels took excellent care of us. The pace of our trip aligned perfectly with our need to have a balance of on-the-go activity and time relaxing and exploring on our own.
It’s tough to articulate just how amazing our local guides were, and the time we spent with them left a lasting impression. To us, every one of them was so much more than a guide. In addition to being some of the loveliest, most welcoming people we’ve ever met, it was like having our very own charming, fun, brilliant history/art/religion/archaeology professors as travel companions! Each in their own way went above and beyond to give us rich and unique experiences and we are forever grateful to each of them.
Ellie’s and Jessica’s expertise in this area of Southeast Asia is impressive and we simply wouldn’t have had as rich or as authentic an experience had we tried to plan this on our own. Their communication throughout was impeccable and they snuck in some delightful surprises for us along the way.

We had the most amazing experience working with Jamey and Betty at Jacada Travel. I cannot recommend Jamey enough- he listened to everything we wanted to see and do and put together such an incredible itinerary for us. It was our first time visiting Africa and it could not of been planned out more perfectly. Between the activities he had planned for us (forest walk, hot air balloon etc) and the stunning, eco friendly camps that he had us staying at- I would not of changed a thing. Our trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos was truly the experience of a lifetime, and we have Dan at Jacada Travel to thank for making it absolutely seamless and unforgettable. Fantastic New Zealand Honeymoon!
We had an excellent experience working with Jacada to plan our honeymoon in New Zealand. They listened to us when we told them what types of activities we wanted to do, how many places we wanted to visit, etc., and we got to hit everything on our NZ bucket list. They also found the most wonderful restaurants and hotels for us to enjoy during our trip. We would definitely work with them again!

Jacada did a great job planning our Honeymoon. After wedding planning, it was great to go on a trip that had it all planned and we did not have to worry; it helped decrease stress that usually comes with travel. Our guides were amazing - we loved the individualized tours and not being in a large group.
My latest trip with Jacada to Cambodia and Thailand was nothing short of incredible. Ellie & Jessica organized and planned a well-rounded and organized trip for me and my husband. They listened to our interests and desires to plan the perfect trip for us. There is nothing more luxurious than a Jacada-planned trip where the accommodations are spectacular, the private tours are intimate and personalized, and the level of attention and service are unmatched. The local guides were knowledgeable and very kind. We had so many beautiful experiences during our 3 week adventure. We requested an itinerary full of history, food, culture and adventure. We watched the sunrise over the ancient temple of Angkor Wat, rode Vespas through Chiang Mai, swam at the base of beautiful waterfalls in the jungle, enjoyed street food tours, got blessed by a Buddhist monk at a water ritual, took a Thai food cooking class, spent a day at an elephant sanctuary, shopped from a longtail boat at a floating market, admired the royal Thai architecture of Bangkok, saw a Cambodian circus, rode in too many tuk-tuks to count, crossed the bridge over the River Kwai, listened to survivors of the Khmer Rouge genocide tell their stories, and relaxed at a 5-star Thai beach resort. I highly recommend Jacada to organize any trip, as they will make sure you have a stress-free vacation.

We booked a 10 day trip to Oman with Jacana Travel. It was incredibly helpful to have a knowledgeable team to rely on to help us plan and book this trip - as both my husband and I were too consumed with work to give it the full attention it deserved. The result was a tremendous 10 day trip to Oman which included a trip the Hajar Mountains, Wahiba Sands, Daymaniyat Islands and both the city center and coastal side of Muscat. Oman is a wonderful country. It is clean, it is accessible, the culture is special and the food delicious - especially the traditional sweets. Above all the people are warm and friendly and they were so incredibly kind with our 3 year old daughter who joined us on the journey. So much so that she said "I want to stay here forever" several times throughout the trip. We highly recommend Jacada and Oman!

My husband and I have recently used Jacada to help us plan a magical trip to Japan, for the fall colours. This was the third time we have enjoyed their superb services and each time has been top notch. We just returned from a 2 week trip to India and Cambodia designed by Jacada Travel. The whole trip was absolutely fabulous and probably the best we have had amongst all our many other travels to 50+ countries. Our travel consultant, David, and coordinator, Gita, were super helpful and custom built our itineraries with numerous revisions for both countries to fit our needs and interests. The local guides and drivers in both countries were all very attentive, professional, and were always there for us. The vehicles are very spacious, always spotless, and fully stacked with fresh water and clean cool towels. All guides are very knowledgeable, esp. Mr. Virendra Singh Minda in Jaipur. They surely know what excellent customer service means. All hotels were the best in their class and very comfortable and safe. And to top that off, we received surprise souvenirs upon check in at each hotel from our consultants that ranged from handmade chocolates and delicacies to local handcrafted gifts with aromatic candles and cookbooks of local cuisines. We are very impressed with this trip and will definitely be choosing Jacada for future destinations!

The team at Jacada (led by Lily Bunker and Flavia Toledo) did a fantastic job for our trip to Argentina and Chile. Their advice during the planning phase, their organization, and the itinerary that they planned were all top notch. We also really appreciated the many small touches that made our trip feel like a luxury vacation. Everything from small notes at hotels, to arranging fantastic dinners, to checking in during the travel phase. I have used other travel agencies in the past, but none have come close to Jacada in terms of the overall level of service they provide.
We’ve traveled with Jacada several times (5 or more) and each one is spectacular. The hotel selection, local guides, and trip coordination are all customized and on target with our style. Our most recent trip was to Morocco….
Our favorite part was a toss up between the Agafay desert stargazing vs the Essaouria exploring vs the food tour in Marrakech.

We have traveled with Jacada four times; to Patagonia, Tanzania, Colombia and a longer trip to northern South America. Each time we had a wonderful trip and felt very supported throughout. We stayed in world class lodgings in amazing places and had experienced guides. Never once did we wait to be picked up. On the rare occasion that there were hiccups they were immediately addressed. Class operation all throughout.
Jacada exquisitely planned every part of our 2 weeks in Peru - set up by Jen in London and Carlos in Peru. It was an ambitious itinerary to see as much as we could in a short period of time. They did not miss a beat with flawless execution with drivers, guides and tours all as scheduled. From Lima, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Cusco, Lake Titikaka and finally to the Colca Canyon. Each guide was knowledgeable about their area (Edgar and Miguel were excellent). The 5 hotels were exceptional and perfectly located for each area. Well done Jacada.
Jacada came through in putting together the vacation of a lifetime. There was no detail that was looked over. Every accommodation, activity, meal, transport... all of it was planned perfectly and exactly to our liking and personal style of travel. Expensive, yes, but actually worth every penny and then some. Can't recommend highly enough.
My experience with Jacada was truly special. First, they very carefully took note of my interests, likes and dislikes and incorporated them into the trip. Second, everything was planned well and ran like clockwork. I do recommend getting and trialing the WhatsApp number beforehand for your pickups in the airport as there were numerous people waiting to pick up their clients in the airports that were very busy and overrun with people. If I did have to communicate, I was quickly given info and found my airport pickups rapidly. Third, the majority of the sites chosen were exceptional and fascinating. Fourth, a great variety of experiences were provided ranging from a cooking class, boat rides to floating markets and to islands, a yoga class, temple excursions, etc. to the highlight of my trip to feed and bathe the elephants. Fifth, the tour guides were local, knowledgable, pleasant and accommodating of my needs. I'm not sure I would have had such a great experience in Thailand trying to negotiate it on my own but Jacada not only provided an exceptional experience but whetted my appetite for future trips with them!
We booked a 9 day trip to Egypt through Jacada travel (we are avid travelers but had not worked with Jacada before). Trip was for four with two of our adult children.
We visited Cairo/Aswan/Abu Simbel/Luxor and Hurghada on the Red Sea. We did this trip by land vz a boat on the Nile (either means are a great option).
We were a little concerned about timing given the activities in the Middle East but the Jacada team assured us that this should not be a problem given the areas we were traveling to and that was correct. We did not feel unsafe anywhere and everyone was super friendly
We were very happy with all the hotels (Cairo Hilton /Oberoi Sahel Hasheesh/ Old Cataract and Al Moudira. Service standards were high and the food excellent. The latter two hotels had not been suggested by others that we investigated the trip with and are "must visits"
All the guides that we were assigned were excellent and knowledgeable and importantly personable. In addition to all the must see sights we enjoyed some different authentic experiences such as street food in Cairo
