Great experience, with each aspect of the trip carefully and thoughtfully composed. Favorite of all the cities was definitely Udaipur.
Planning process was smooth. We took the recommendations provided by Rachel for accommodation and we were surprised at each stop for the uniqueness of the facility, great location and/or history. Our itinerary included activities that connected us to the people and the land more intimately. The guides and driver set up for us was all top notch. A great 12 days in India!
Our travel professional Tess started out as a travel planner but ended up becoming a friend! She was so diligent and took the time to know our family and listened to what we had i mind for our itinerary. Well thought out itinerary with attention to the little details. Just about everything went extremely well. There was a variance on the itinerary one evening due to a mix up, but they remedied the situation to our satisfaction upon our return. All in all we had a wonderful trip. Looking back I know we definitely avoided complications, hassles and disappointments by putting ourselves in their care.

Knowledgeable agents helped plan the entire itinerary. The locations that we visited were selected after the agents learned of our own interests. These locations were fantastic and the experience was what we were looking for. All arrangements were made by the agents and these arrangements were impeccable. Essentially, because did not have to do a thing, we simply enjoyed our vacation.
My husband and I, we had a wonderful experience in Thailand, Jacada Travel customize the itinerary to our wishes. They asked us what we wanted to see, what kind of experiences we wanted and they delivered. The guides were dedicated professionals, they gave us safe drivers and good vehicles. The hotels were very nice, clean, with all kind of amenities. The food was great and safe.
If you go to Thailand do not miss the elephant farm, it was the best part.

This is the second trip Jacadsbplanned for us. The first was an extraordinary experience in South Africa. This trip was to Peru and Ecuador. Jacads did a wonderful job arranging our hotels and guide. Alll were superb. They also found a tented camp for me in the galapogos since I dodo not want to stay on a boat. It was. Beautiful and definitely the right choice. I would not hesitate to use Jacads for my next adventure
I have traveled extensively for leisure and business and have always put together my own trips. For our honeymoon, we decided to give a bespoke experience a shot. I thought it was overkill, but was curious to try. We chose to go to Slovenia and Croatia. I have to say, the experience was so wonderful, to the detail, from the knowledgeable yet friendly guides, drivers, the efficiency of the private transfers, the private tours, the kind of activities that may work for you, activities that you may not know exist, when you put all those details together, the experience is at another level. I don’t know if I will remember the places I visited 10 years from now, but I will definitely remember how I felt during my honeymoon. Needless to say, we will be contacting Jacada again.

Since the safari camp follows the model of African safari tents I feel that they were one notch under and more pricey.
I expressed my honest opinion at the camp.
The biggest difference was alcohol beverages were not included. For what we paid this should be included as the Kenya Safari trip did.
Also, lighting in the tent needs to be changed. Much too dark I couldn’t find any of my items for days!

Truly Unforgettable Trip to Myanmar!
I went on a trip planned by Jacada to Myanmar this past October. This was such an unforgettable and incredible trip! From the pre-planning to the actual trip, Jacada really went above and beyond what was expected to make this an amazing trip. The guides in Myanmar were second to none; hotels extremely beautiful, comfortable, and clean; itinerary just perfect with all our last minute requests accommodated; and the sites were so unique and memorable.
We were a group of 5 people ranging from 77 years old to 45 years old and all of us are seasoned travelers. We all agreed that this trip was the best and the most memorable one. Myanmar is such a beautiful country and we felt very safe the whole time. We cannot thank the team at Jacada enough, especially Rachel and Gilda, who worked very hard on all the small details to make this truly an unforgettable trip. We have used several other travel operators and we all agreed that Jacada is second to none! That is why this was my second trip with the company and I already have my third one booked. We were able to easily see Buenos Aires, hike on and cruise by glaciers in Patagonia, and even enjoy a real asado at a 19th century estancia. They are experts in listening to client needs and translating them into amazing memories.
Jacada Travel helped plan a trip to Peru for me and my boyfriend this past October. Lily Bunker worked closely with me developing an itinerary that was personalized and perfect. Her team, including Susann Pietschmann were in contact with us throughout the planning process and made adjustments along the way to accommodate our needs.
The attention to detail (even personalized notes in each hotel room), stellar guides and incredible hotel accommodations were beyond impressive. Not to mention recommendations to some of the best restaurants in the world. It seemed they thought of absolutely everything.
I must call attention to Marco, one of our guides. He was with us during our stay in Sacred Valley, Cusco and then for our trek on the Inca Trail. A time span of about 8-9 days. We were so fortunate to have him as our guide. A complete professional, Marco was passionate about his country. He shared so much of his knowledge of the history of Peru and the Inca people. We truly feel we had a unique, personalized experience and in turn, fell in love with the country as we learned about the peruvian culture and people.
This was the first trip with Jacada as I usually manage the itinerary for our travels myself, but not anymore. We cannot say enough about how well worth it was to just “let go” and let the Jacada team take care of everything.

After many back and forth in planning, Tessa and Angela made my trip to South Africa a dream come true. Jonny designed a safari in Tanzania for my group and it was everything we hoped for and more! It was a seamless, painless process from start to finish and they were able to easily accommodate some last minute changes in our plans. Angela was available to answer any questions I had about the trip and even gave me some recommendations about Cape Town, which was above and beyond the call of duty since Jacada had nothing to do with our trip to Cape Town. Everything was very professional, payment was quick and easy, they sent over a very helpful and very expensive looking information package a couple weeks before (and were very patient when multiple attempts had to be made to deliver because no one happened to be home during the day). Everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and I would definitely come to them again!
I was sceptical at first about Jacada as we had only got their name from media and after some research.
It got worse when I had to change person who was dealing with me thrice as previous ones were off on vacation so there did seem some loss of not having a personal travel agent.
When we did embark on our very well pit together trip we were most pleasantly surprised.
There were few if any hiccups and in the few days we had we did get a comprehensive taste of South East Asia.
The guides were amazing.
The only thing I would change is the street food tour in Kuala Lampur which though we were adventurous with experiences we found a bit off puttingly real.
All in all I would certainly recommend Jacada and their partners in Asia.
