Excellent venues, guides, well organized, and great choices on what to see and do, for a place we have never been. They really did a great job on catering to our preferences. Service level was excellent, and we were willing to do some extras for us. It might be the best trip we ever had.
Our travel planner really listened to our wishes and designed a vacation to suit us perfectly. Lots of special touches, and great staff assistance from beginning to end.
From the planning process through the very end of our trip, everything about working with Jacada was easy and seamless. We worked with them to have them book a 12 day vacation in South Africa for our honeymoon. Our travel designer, Amie Larsen, was able to create the itinerary of our dreams all within our budget. Communication was easy and fast whether that was through email or WhatsApp. The hotels they booked for us along with the restaurants they reserved blew us away. One day we even came back to our room with a surprise massage as an extra little honeymoon gift from Jacada! Although there were a few excursions on our trip that had to be cancelled due to weather, Jacada was quick to come up with other plans for us or even offer to comp additional spa treatments. Extremely happy with our experience. Our only wish is that we get to book another trip like this soon!
It was seamless!! The most wonderful accommodations, food, transportation and travel guides. So efficient. Our drivers were great! Everyone was so kind. Loved how we started in Rome and ended in Ravello. From metropolitan to quiet and stunning beauty!! I know you don’t control the weather but it was perfect too!!!
I can't recommend Jacada enough! If you want a curated and hassle free trip, do it with them! They planned all details and gave us plenty of info leading up to the trip that we really didn't need to do much ourselves. We decided to use them for a culture/food trip through Japan and it was beyond exceptional! The best!
Great guides and hotels. Aways had the feeling that we were being looked after since we had never been to Chile nor Argentina before. We really enjoyed and appreciated the additional suggestions that Jacada arranged for us.

Starting at the Victoria Falls, viewing from both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides and topped it off with a view from above (helicopter).....was stunning!
We then went onto Botswana staying at both Selinda and Mombo Camps....both camps were outstanding! Accomodation, food, game drives, guides and the 'team' on the ground were all fantastic.
Jacada did a great job from start to finish.....special thank you to James and Angela.. who were a real pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for the trip was 'infectious' and the final result did not disappoint in any way. Every step of the journey was faultless. And so easy!!

We’ve hardly recovered from jet lag but we are already looking forward to our next Jacada destination!
Using Jacada was the best decision. We have travelled a lot but this trip was our absolute favorite and everything was organized, handled and simply amazing. This was my first time using Jacada for a trip of a lifetime to Italy. Every plan we made was executed perfectly from our drivers to our tour guides and our activities. Everyone they arranged for us to meet spoke English which was helpful because we are not fluent in Italian. We had drivers who were familiar with the area no matter where we were. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and very accomodating. We moved from place to place seamlessly and had time to relax and enjoy this trip without a worry. The hotels and restaurants they suggested were perfect. All in all, I can say our travel designer and trip concierge were wonderful and saw to every detail. It was a perfect trip!
Jacada helped us plan a 25th wedding anniversary that we will remember! Our trip to Chile (Atacama desert) and Bolivia (lagoons, flamingos, Uyuni salt flats and La Paz) were amazing. Our tour guides were fantastic in each locale. The salt flats were absolutely otherworldly and a must see! Jacada also incorporated star-gazing into our itinerary by request. The skies were brilliant! Definitely precious memories.
Keith and Gita and the entire Jacada family were absolutely amazing!! Our honeymoon would not have been the same without them. They took the time to truly get to know us and carefully curated the perfect getaway for the two of us that would have otherwise been impossible. We are avid planners, well-traveled, and had never even thought about using a travel agency before, but Keith and Gita changed the game. Safaris, safaris, safaris..All the guides, campsite staff , hotel workers at the One and Only, restaurants in Capetown incredible! Everyone so nice. Tor at Jacada planned the perfect trip and Angela was extremely helpful with making sure we had everything together for the trip. Would return to Botswana and Zimbabwe tomorrow if could afford it. A photographer's dream.

Well planned trip for our Family. With four people traveling from three locations-different departure dates on both ends. Properly handled and coordinated all pickups and drop-offs along with private tours from every destination. Our destinations included Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns and Sydney.
We just returned from a wonderful trip to Greece. Our experience with Jacada was great from the start. They listened to our wish list. Provided some good feedback, and helped us put together a wonderful itinerary customized to our preferences. Once in Greece, our transportation was on time and very comfortable. Our guides for excursions were engaging and knowledgeable. Restaurants and accommodations were fantastic.
This is our third experience with Jacada so we will skip a lot of the preamble for the prior review. We obviously love this company to the point where we have visited three continents with them across three vacations. Any time I plan an international trip, they are my go-to.
For our Peru trip, we wanted to have another great experience for our first time in South America. As usual, Jacada did not disappoint. We were able to spend time in Lima, the Sacred Valley, Cuzco, Machu Picchu AND the Amazon all in 11 days. It was ambitious but did not feel rushed. Another unforgettable trip with Jacada. Highly recommend them as always!

Murray and Symmone planned an unforgettable trip to Greece. Our favorite locations were by far Crete and Paros. Athens and Santorini were worth visiting just once, but a bit crowded for our liking. Murray planned some wonderful spots off the beaten path and paired us with top-of-the-line expert, private tour guides. The food, accommodation, and experiences were priceless. I didn't expect the driving to be so crazy in Greece- so I am beyond grateful for every private driver we had- they were such a highlight! One of our favorite excursions was the sailboat charter in Santorini- the crew was fantastic and the food was probably some of the best on the entire trip. We were blessed with great weather- no rain! June was a perfect month per Murray's suggestion. We are already looking at booking our next vacation with them. You are paying for luxury travel but it is worth every penny.

This was our second trip with Jacada, this time 2.5 weeks to Singapore and Indonesia, and it was simply incredible. The trip culminated in a five-day private yacht chartered by Jacada through Komodo National Park. From the moment we reached our destination Jacada Travel took over and ensured that they covered every aspect of our trip from that point on. Nothing was left to chance. The most unexpected but valued service was being met at the plane and chaperoned through customs. The accommodations were spectacular and extremely comfortable. The staff treated us like royalty. Great attention was paid to our comfort, no request was out of bounds. Our excursions were heart stopping, the guides got us amazingly close to the wildlife, so close I forgot to breathe on more than one occasion. I feel as though I was immersed in Africa. I experienced the wildlife, the people, the culture and the landscape. This was a trip to which all others will be compared and unfortunately fall short.
Our team at Jacada (Charles, Melanie and the folks on the ground in Peru) made our trip so special in so many ways. From planning to making adjustments on the fly, the Jacada team were always on standby to help if needed. This was our first time working with Jacada and our first major trip since the pandemic. Our advisors really listened to what we were looking for in our vacation. We loved all of our hotels and tours. It really was a perfect trip for our family. As much as I love planning a trip, I could not have found the hotels they did and really appreciated the time they took to make all the arrangements perfect.
The way Jacada planned the trip was very impressive. The people who assisted us, particularly Kit and Cathy, were very responsive not only during the planning stage but even while the trip was going on. It felt like we had our own concierge throughout the trip. Other groups we have engaged with in the past would be very attentive up until the booking and payment, and then they would leave us for the duration of the actual trip. That, to us, is the distinct difference of Jacada which we experienced in this trip.
Hannah and Alice went above and beyond with any request we asked for. Our trip to Greece was so lovely. The resorts in Crete and Santorini were 5 star. The transportation to and from every excursion was flawless. Will definitely use Jacada again and refer them to friends and family!
Jacada organized a completely custom made 17-day tour for our family of 4 to Ecuador and Peru, including the Galapagos and Machu Pichu. They really listened to our preferences and every details of the trip was well planned, super fun, and exceeded our expectations most of the time. Would highly recommend Jacada. The communication from the beginning of my inquiries up until after we returned home have been top notch, including a 24hr concierge located in Africa that we could reach out to during our travel. The level of luxury we experienced through planning, scheduling,traveling and de-briefing has left us wanting to do this again- not just a bucket list trip, but a jumping off point to Africa! Jacada recently arranged our family trip to the Galápagos Islands. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience to share this unique geography, culture and wildlife with our children and grandchildren.
