Jacada's team did a great job making sure our trip to Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende was seamless. Their guides Amalia and Jaime were very knowledgeable, energetic and added stops to our itinerary that enhanced the experience. Working with the Jacada agents was also seamless. They are very responsive and were willing to be flexible to ensure our satisfaction. It is a luxury tour operator and our trip was indeed very luxurious.
Our trip to Costa Rica was perfectly planned and customized to fit our needs precisely. This is the first time we had a trip designed for us as we've always done the work ourselves, and I must say I will never again travel without Jacada by my side! Jacada (Charles and Carlos) took the stress and worry out of planning and traveling. I never could have executed such an amazing trip on my own. Jacada Travel planning a perfect trip for my family, (husband and 18 yo daughter). ALL the details were taken care of without any issue. Our Senior Travel Designer, Kate and our Concierge for Europe, Symmone, helped me plan every detail for our trip. They gave wonderful suggestions for additional tours which were a must-see and the restaurant recommendations and the reservations were wonderful, giving us a variety and a real sense of the cuisine in the area. Our English-speaking guides and drivers were delightful, on time and just exceptional. Each text me the night before to confirm. Can not say enough about our experience and Jacada Travel. Jacada Travel (as well as their partner in India, Banyan Tours) put together an extraordinary three week tour of India for my wife and I. We've been back home for two weeks now and I still can't stop thinking about what an amazing experience we had. This was the trip of a lifetime, a dream I had long had. Jacada helped make it better than I could have imagined! Our personal advisors (not just one, we had two!) worked with us closely to help design a personalized trip that was perfect. We loved visiting each of the 7 places we stayed on our 3-week trip to Chile and Argentina (mostly Patagonia). Jacada’s travel designer, David Corvacho, was extremely helpful in guiding our choices of beautiful locations to visit based on our interests and selecting excursions—which were excellent, Hotels were generally unique, well-located, and very comfortable, and some were extraordinary. Local guides were knowledgeable and very helpful; smooth transfers virtually eliminated the anxiety and hassles of the many internal flights. Melanie Vieira, Jacada’s in-country concierge, tirelessly answered our many questions about travel details and helped us select restaurants that fit our tastes then made the reservations. The Jacada style of independent travel with ease and comfort, and that combines active hiking with learning about local culture and history, was outstanding and met our needs perfectly!
The tour guides and drivers in Portugal went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. To taking photos , suggesting wines to try and restaurant suggestions at lunch. We had several adult children on the trip and all of them loved the array of tours geared toward their likes. Marta and Hanna had suggested stores that they would enjoy. We loved buying from Portugal designers and having those items to bring home. Highlights were the bike tour in Porto , wine tasting , suspension bridge , Nazare was crazy beautiful but the street art tour in Lisbon was the cherry on our vacation trip !!! Can’t wait for our next adventure with Jacada Travel. They make you feel like you are a family member traveling with them .
We had so much fun on our vacation to Norway & Finland! Murray & Alice from Jacada, once again (they planned our trip to Italy last year), put together a trip we will all treasure FOREVER. Our family of four took a scenic train ride & cruised through the gorgeous Norway fjords and toured the cute town of Bergen & Flam. In the Arctic Circle of Finland we learned to cross country ski, took snowmobiles to go reindeer sleigh riding, snowshoed at night to our own bonfire where we had cocoa and marshmallows, and went on a husky adventure where our individual sleds were pulled by a team of huskies. We did as the locals recommended and took a sauna (provided in all the rooms/cabins) and jumped in the snow on repeat a few times. We laughed so hard we were crying. I wish you could see all our photos, we had SO much fun.
We purposefully went in March in hopes to see the Northern Lights. You can't plan nature, so we knew the odds were low. Murray & Alice planned a Northern Lights adventure camp dinner for just our family on our last night. We took a sleigh ride to a candle-lit hut in a clearing in the woods where our guide Justin made us an amazing dinner over the fire. We sat around the huge bonfire and lo & behold, the Northern Lights came out in a spectacular way. I cried, there are just no words to describe how magnificent that whole evening was!
The Northern Lights were extraordinary, but even if we had never seen them, what an amazing trip we had! Murray & Alice took the time to find out what was important to our family and curated a trip that was perfect for us. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Now we are getting ready to plan trip #3 with Jacada & Murray & Alice, we wouldn't do a vacation any other way!
I just returned from a perfectly planned/executed journey to Argentina & Uruguay thanks to the excellent team at Jacada. David Corvacho Puente helped us plan a perfect trip and Carlos Machado made sure it was run without problem on the ground. We wanted a relaxing time in Buenos Aires, Montevideo and Jose' Ignacio with a few side trips. David's suggestions for interesting day trips or half day tours were spot on for our interests. Every guide and driver we had were friendly, fun to be around and made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotels were small, boutique places that we prefer and the transfers/ground travel were all on time and handled with no problems. We loved every minute of our trip and know that our 2 weeks of "no worry" travel was because of all the expert behind-the-scenes team at Jacada making sure everything went perfectly. We recommend them highly!
Travelled to Cambodia and Vietnam with Jacada. This was our second trip with them. Both experiences were amazing! They really have their act together. Working with a tour coordinator who is familiar with the area and truly listens to what you want out of your trip makes for a great itinerary. Every detail of our trip was perfectly planned and executed. We had one small glitch that was out of their control and they immediately sprang into action and came up with alternatives for us to choose from. Worked out perfectly-and seamlessly.

My wife and I went through Jacada Travel for our honeymoon, and it was THE BEST experience we have ever had by FAR! If you are looking to have the most smooth sailing and worry free travel experience to another country like this, I would 100% recommend Jacada to anyone. We literally just showed up, and the rest was taken care of... From start to finish, it was an absolute breeze. Leanne Anglo was our first and main point of contact, and she was a complete blessing throughout the entire process. She actively listened to everything we hoped to accomplish and do while in Thailand, and then she put together the most epic and personalized 2 week package for us. She even gave us options and made great suggestions that were extremely helpful. At no point doing the planning process did we ever feel like we were being up sold or not listened to. Leanne then got us in touch with Gilda Tang, who was our Thailand expert! Together, they booked our hotels, excursions, restaurant reservations, flights between places in Asia, and even our ground transportation to and from hotels to the airports! We even had our private guides bring us all the way to our gates after assisting us with getting our plane tickets. In a completely different country, this was so appreciated and helpful.
The most mind blowing part about our trip was that every hotel we stayed at, and every guide or driver we had knew our daily schedules and trip plans to a TEE. So we didn't have to tell anyone about what we had going on. Instead, we were just catered to and taken care of in the best way.
We want to make sure our guides during our trip get some recognition too!! We had Kittikun Prasungsit as our full time guide while in Bangkok. His friendly and playful personality, willingness to cater/ help, and his knowledge of the environment was second to none. We miss him already!
In Chiang Mai, we had the pleasure of being guided by Mr. Pattadol Kapoldee for our tuk tuk and elephant adventure day. Great communication and English skills, extremely funny, and so accommodating to us. We felt very safe and taken care of the entire time with him!
Any others not listed here were fantastic too. But All in all, thank you Jacada Travel for making this trip one we will never ever forget!!!

Jacada provided my family a wonderful tour in India. Our guides in each city were awesome and knowledgeable! We learned history, culture, saw some beautiful art and ate delicious meals. The people are beautiful! Jacada was able to customize our tour from our own starting point and we had a fantastic trip!
We just went on our second trip with Jacada, & it will not be our last! Most recently we traveled to Costa Rica - Delfina & Carlos were incredible partners for us! I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything we did went off without a hitch. They were able to predict things we might need, what we might want to do, how much downtime we will want etc which made our trip so much more relaxing. All of the recommendations for hotels, things to do and how long to spend were perfect. We had the most incredible trip and will definitely be traveling with Jacada again. We can’t say enough good things.
The whole planning process was giving a lot of attention and very personalized to our needs. The hotels chosen were beautiful, the trip was planned very well, the itinerary went smoothly and the activities were great. We had an excellent guide as well. At all times someone was in touch with us to see how we were.
Ellie put together an incredible itinerary to Australia just 4 weeks in advance of our travel date and within 48 hours of the first call. And our concierge Cathy helped with restaurant reservations and logistics. The service was unparalleled and our travels could not have gone more smoothly, from the harbor cruise, bike tour and bridge climb in Sydney, to wine tasting in the Hunter Valley to diving the Great Barrier Reef and hiking through the daintree rain forest to great ocean road and Melbourne there wasn’t a single glitch!

Another phenomenal experience with Jacada
The company representatives went above what I had expected...and I had expected quite a bit.
Their pre-trip advice was spot-on, however they did listen to my goals and amended times, travel and locations to better suit my agenda.
The guides we were assigned were knowledgable and punctual to a military standard. The recommended accomodations were perfectly located and we were assigned the rooms and views that somebody else always seems to have when I arrange these junkets on my own.
We were away for 3.5 weeks. No major problems AT ALL. Hand written welcome cards in every new room we arrived in with welcome treats, NY eve Champagne and company sponsored dinner...
I have used services such as these before and I would put them at the top of the list. I intend to use them again.
Simply put... I would give them every kudo I can think of except that they are not cheap. But you get what you pay for...
Jody and Angela planned the most perfect Rwanda and Kenya trip that blew away all expectations. Everything was meticulously planned and curated around our passions. Jacada did an amazing job putting together a customized, diverse itinerary for us. They made some recommendations that were outside the traditional tourist routes which gave us the perfect opportunity to really get to know the country and people. Many of our accommodations were very unique, beautiful, and left us feeling like we never wanted to leave.
All the logistics ran like clockwork (not an easy task), and the ground team was in constant communication so we never worried about a thing. We would highly recommend Jacada if you are looking for something special - you won’t regret it! Safe travels.

Jacada planned a glorious 11-day trip to northern India--and kept us safe and healthy! We are in our 70s, and unafraid to travel with Jacada.
(Jacada also took us on a marvelous trip to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos a year ago.)
First, we had an unimaginably excellent India guide--Mangit. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, and funny. I use a cane and walk poorly, and he took great care of me and my companion, who also has arthritis.
Our driver Shankar was also lovely. He was a skilled driver and a gentleman besides.
We visited Agra (the Taj Mahal), Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur and saw beautiful temples and forts, as well as the arts and crafts (marbles, jewelry, carpets, textiles, and wooden carvings).
We loved our first class accommodations. OMG, they were beautiful, all with superb restaurants!
I will always recommend Jacada to anybody planning an adventuresome trip.

Jacada arranged a 50th birthday celebration for my wife (and me) in Morocco. Truly a once in a lifetime experience, with outstanding experiences, attention to detail and service across the board.
